About the partnership
Who Intro Build are

Intro Build is a Sydney-based commercial construction and fitout company led by Managing Director James Marroun. The team specialises in hospitality venue fitouts, commercial construction, and renovation works for restaurants, bars, and food and beverage operators — environments where build quality, timeline management, and compliance are non-negotiable.

James brings hands-on site management and a strong understanding of the technical requirements specific to hospitality construction — from kitchen specs and fire compliance through to landlord and council coordination.

What we've built together

Intro Build has been our construction partner across major venue works at Maestria at Rhodes Corporate Park. James and the team managed the Maestria kitchen renovation, handling compliance documentation, subboard works, fire panel coordination, and defect management with Frasers Property as the landlord.

Working inside a live venue precinct with an active landlord management team requires a builder who knows how to communicate, document, and deliver — James does all three.
