Brand Development

Before you design a logo or post a single Reel, you need to know exactly who you are, who you're for, and why they should choose you. Brand strategy is the work that makes the rest work harder.

What we actually do

Brand development isn't logo design. It's the strategic work that defines why you exist, who you're built for, and how every touchpoint — from your menu copy to your Reels — earns trust from the right people.

How we approach it

We don't start with moodboards. We start with your market. The operators who've tried to skip this step always come back to do it properly — usually after an expensive rebrand and a confusing first year of trading.

Common questions

Questions about restaurant branding

What's included in a brand strategy engagement?
Market analysis, competitive mapping, target audience definition, and a written positioning strategy. You walk away with a clear answer to why your concept will work, who it's for, and how to talk about it. This informs everything — identity, menus, marketing, hiring.
Can I do brand development without a full launch package?
Yes. Brand development is available as a standalone engagement. Many clients come to us with an existing concept or operating venue that needs a stronger brand foundation before they invest in marketing or a rebrand. We scope it to exactly what you need.
How long does brand development take?
A full brand engagement — strategy through to guidelines — typically runs 8–14 weeks depending on scope and decision speed. Brand strategy alone is 4–6 weeks. Visual identity alone is 4–8 weeks. We'll scope the timeline properly before you commit.
