What we actually do

Most launch consultants hand you a strategy document and step back. We stay in the room. We've opened restaurants, managed pre-opening campaigns, coordinated fitout timelines, and stood at opening night service. That experience changes how we build launch plans.

How we approach it

Foundry was built for founders who don't want to manage seven different agencies and a production spreadsheet at the same time. One team. One plan. One opening date. We've pressure-tested more than a few concepts before a dollar of fitout was spent — and sometimes the most valuable thing we can do is tell a founder to wait.

Website, Google Business, social accounts, and local SEO — all set up and live before opening day. Your venue exists online before it opens. That's how pre-opening momentum works.

Common questions

Questions about opening a restaurant or venue

When should I engage RagingMonk for a launch?
Ideally 6–9 months before opening. That gives us time to complete brand development, build your digital presence, run a proper pre-opening campaign, and have the machine working before opening night. Shorter timelines are possible — we've launched in 14 weeks — but something has to compress.
Can I do a launch strategy without the full Foundry package?
Yes. Go-to-market strategy and launch campaign management are available as standalone engagements. If you already have a brand and a website, we can scope a launch programme around what you actually need.
What happens after the launch?
Most Foundry clients move to a Catalyst retainer — our ongoing growth programme covering social, paid media, and strategy. The transition is seamless because we already know your brand, your market, and your metrics.
